Milk and Fruit Scheme

Free Fruit and Vegetables KS1

The children in Reception - Year 2  receive free fruit and vegetables through the School Fruit and Vegetable Scheme, part of the Change 4 Life programme. 

These are readily available in the classrooms and we encourage the children to take a fruit or vegetable snack at set times throughout the day.

 

Milk - Reception 

We encourage all children in Reception Class to drink milk each day (we are not able to facilitate beyond this year group). 

They are entitled to receive free milk up until they turn 5 years old.  After this point the parent needs to set up a Cool Milk account and pay for their child's milk online. *

Milk is offered to the children at morning breaktime.

 

*  If you are in receipt of Free School Meals the school will cover this cost automatically on your behalf.
