Curriculum

Our curriculum has been designed to ensure comprehensive coverage of national expectations.  Throughout a child’s learning journey in our school, all National Curriculum expectations will be covered.  The curriculum is delivered through a rich menu of exciting and motivating learning activities that make creative links across a range of subjects. 

Maths, R.E, P.E and MFL tend to be taught as discrete subjects.

P.E, Art, Science and MFL are taught by specialist teachers.

Here at Harris Primary Academy Beckenham we work hard to comply with our duties in the Equality Act 2010 and the Special Educational Needs and Disability Regulations 2014 to ensure that our curriculum is accessible for those with disabilities or special educational needs.
