Home Learning During School Closure

During this period of school closure, it is important that children try their best to continue with their learning at home. Each year group teaching team is working hard to provide resources and guidance for you to help your child learn in a fun way at home each day.

We know that the current situation is placing everyone under pressure, and we would like parents to understand that, whilst we are providing these resources for you to use, and a structure for each day, that is to help and support you, not to place any additional pressure on you to complete every task. Just do what you can. You can feed back your experience to your child's teacher each week through the regular calls we are making, and we will do our best to help.

You can expect to find resources for Monday and Tuesday by 6pm on the Sunday before. Each subsequent day's learning will be uploaded by (at the latest) 6pm the evening before.

As a school, we work closely with Bromley Youth Music Trust. Usually BYMT deliver music lessons across the school.  We are pleased to be able to share with you some virtual lessons that they have prepared and which can be accessed via the links below. These lessons have been prepared by staff from BYMT but do let us know how you get on with using them.  There are lessons to cover the period of two weeks below and we will be sending another next week.  We hope your children enjoy them!
